Returns are part of buying online, so ours are free and take three steps: announce the parcel in your account, print the label, and drop it at a PostNL point within 30 days of delivery.

What you can send back

Anything unused and complete, in packaging you were allowed to open the way you would in a shop. Sealed audio and hygiene items — in-ear headphones, shavers, water bottles — can only come back sealed, and a product that broke during use belongs under the warranty instead.

When the money is back

30 days from delivery, no reason needed.

Free return label from every country we ship to.

Refund within five working days of arrival.

Returns from Germany and France

The label is free from abroad too and the return address is our own warehouse in Amsterdam. Your statutory right of withdrawal is the fourteen days the EU sets out; the thirty above are ours, and they are the ones that apply.
