Return form

1. You will receive an email from our customer service with a return label and further instructions.
2. Follow the instructions in the email: print the label or show the QR code at a drop-off point.
3. Send the package or take it to a drop-off point. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
4. Once the package arrives, we will process your return within 3 business days.

Please note: return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless we delivered something incorrectly.

• You have 30 days to decide from the day you receive the product.
• The product is unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories.
• The product is not a hygiene item or custom-made item excluded from the right of withdrawal.
• You report the return via this form before sending the package.
